Citadel is an emerging company that provides automated verifications through the payroll provider. To get their company established in the minds of prospective customers, they needed a basic 5-page website—the homepage, 3 use-case pages, and an about page.
Over the course of two weeks, we identified Citadel’s brand proposition and all their possible target audiences. Next, I crafted web copy that would resonate with each market (use cases) and wrote the homepage with their overall brand proposition in mind. Finally, I wrote the about page after interview key members of their company.
