Explainer video script

Pypestream launched its new platform—The Customer Engagement Center (CEC)—and needed a video to tell companies how the CEC could modernize their customer service.

After several interviews with the Pypestream team and hours of research, I created the outline for this script. With it, I focus on the companies struggling to keep their customer service systems up to date and show how Pypestream is the all-in-one solution for digital engagement.
